CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS!Ingredients:
250 g of all-purpose flour
175 g brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of bicarbonate
5 tablespoons of cocoa powder
200 g chocolate chips
170 ml lukewarm milk
150 g melt butter
2 eggs

- Preheat oven to 200º C (392 F)
- BOWL 1: Blend the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, bicarbonate, cocoa powder and chocolate chips.
- BOWL 2: Beat the eggs with the lukewarm milk and the melt butter.
- Pour BOWL 2 on BOWL 1
- Bake at 200º until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, about 20 min for medium size muffins, about 20 min for XL muffins.
