ROMANTIC PANSY - Christmas Cookie recipe exchange!

Great idea to learn delicious recipes!!! Thank you Debbie!!! I guess my recipe is the simplest and most common one, but i hope you like it! :D

CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS!

Ingredients:

250 g of all-purpose flour
175 g brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of bicarbonate
5 tablespoons of cocoa powder
200 g chocolate chips
170 ml lukewarm milk
150 g melt butter
2 eggs
  • Preheat oven to 200º C (392 F)
  • BOWL 1: Blend the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, bicarbonate, cocoa powder and chocolate chips.
  • BOWL 2: Beat the eggs with the lukewarm milk and the melt butter.
  • Pour BOWL 2 on BOWL 1
  • Bake at 200º until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, about 20 min for medium size muffins, about 20 min for XL muffins.

YUMMM, never had the recipe for choc chip muffins, but I love the ones from the bakery. Thanks, I am going to try this for Christmas morning!
